Dr. Baumann’s research has focused on educational reform, and has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University. In the past she has served as the Director of State and Federal Programs, Grants, Testing, and Basic Skills, and has also taught in the alternative high school setting. Dr. Baumann is currently a high school guidance counselor for the South Plainfield Board of Education, committed to helping support her students for future success post-graduation.
